What is South Bank Students' Union?
SBSU is here to support, represent and enrich the lives of South Bank students.
Students’ Unions are separate to universities and are led by students for students. They exist to represent your needs and interests whilst you are studying whilst also providing lots of opportunities, activities and events to improve your time at university.
As a student at LSBU, you are automatically a member of South Bank Students’ Union and can get involved straight away.
How do I get a ticket as a student?
You will first need to create an account.
When you first sign up you will have two options, continuing with your university account or continuing with your email. As a student, selecting to continue with your university account is the recommended option.
It will allow you to verify your student status and use your university account to access the platform. This is recommended because it proves that you are a student and means you can access any tickets that are made available to LSBU students only.
You will be able to select the continue with email option, however a non-student account won't be able to book student only tickets and the platform will ask you to verify your student status as if you had selected continue with university in the first place.
Can I bring a non-LSBU student +1/guest to these events?
Most of our events are for current LSBU students only. If guests are allowed, the specific event page will state this.
If you are unsure, feel free to email opportunities@lsbsu.org.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Tickets are non refundanble and non transferable.
If a ticket upon scanning, is not in the name of the booker and doesn’t match the valid identification provided it will be invalid and you won't be refunded.
South Bank SU has the right to cancel your ticket without explanation for any reason.
